Investigated employee benefit plans and secured compliance with the ERISA Title I provisions, COBRA, and HIPAA. 

Chosen to work specifically on the Criminal Coordination Team for ERISA compliance, including coordinating with both state and federal prosecutors. 

Conducted federal investigations regarding violations of ERISA and Federal policy that involved  civil and criminal enforcement projects, and secured monetary recoveries for participants. Initiated, planned, coordinated, and managed difficult investigations of compliance with civil and criminal statutes.

Worked and coordinated with both the Solicitor’s Office and United States Attorney’s Office.
 
Conducted interviews of fiduciaries and participants, completed complete analyzation of plan accounting, trust documents, and complex financial statements to determine if any violations of ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, or the Internal Revenue Code occurred.
