Spotted in Shropshire Business magazine! (Page 58)

I’ve been a bit quieter online lately, so it was a lovely surprise to be featured in Shropshire Business in their “Five minutes with…” section (page 58).

We chatted about everything from how I first started out (including a few proper “figure it out” moments), to what I do now, helping business owners grow sustainably without burning out.

We also touched on hybrid working, AI (my view: human judgement on the wheel, AI on the pedals), and why “busy” isn’t a badge of honour.
