In 2022, I had everything I thought I wanted...
A successful IT career. Leading large-scale AI and transformation projects. A promotion to Managing Consultant. A steady income. Security.

But deep down, I knew:
I want to create more impact on peoples lives. 

Over the years, working at the intersection of digitalization and change, I saw one thing clearly:

Innovation doesn’t fail because of tech.

It fails because of fear.
Because of miscommunication.
Because of people.

So I jumped.

I left the corporate world and founded my first coaching company, Growpany, with one clear mission:

– To help leaders raise their consciousness and lead with clarity, courage, and empathy.
– To turn humanness into a superpower – in an age shaped by AI and machines.
– To empower change-makers and other female founders to fully own their greatness by empowering their brains.

This realization has accompanied me ever since I was allowed to manage a car rental company with 10 employees directly after I completed my training. 

Of course, this situation was not always easy for me and I sometimes reached my own limits.

Nevertheless, I can say that this early responsibility helped me to grow into the person I am now.

Because responsibility has
👉🏼 forced me to develop new skills in a wide variety of areas.
👉🏼 boosted my self-confidence because of the responsibility
👉🏼 showed me that I have the ability to change circumstances, even as an individual.

Because I have strongly felt the positive effects of responsibility myself, it is incredibly important to me that we also internalize these values at orgaMAX.

Breaking News: Noch nie hat ein Unternehmen so schnell einen Bewerber eingestellt!

Ich lese immer wieder Posts, die genau so klingen:

⏱️ „Von der Bewerbung bis zur Zusage in nur 5 Tagen!“
⏱️ „Zwei Wochen vom Erstgespräch bis zur Unterschrift!“

Ich mein: Jo, das liest sich echt beeindruckend. Aber ist ein schneller Einstellungsprozess wirklich ein Qualitätsmerkmal? Oder geht’s hier eher um das Symbol?

☝️ Klar, Prozesse sollten nicht künstlich in die Länge gezogen werden.

Wenn alles passt, darf das gern zügig gehen. Hatten wir auch schon. Genauso übrigens, wie uns Leute durch die Lappen gegangen sind, weil wir eben nicht schnell genug in unseren internen Entscheidungsprozessen waren.

Aber Recruiting ist doch kein Sprint. Denn wenn es am Ende nur noch darum geht, schneller zu sein als alle anderen, dann geht leicht das unter, worauf es eigentlich ankommt:

➡️ gute Gespräche,
➡️ saubere Entscheidungen und
➡️ das Gefühl, dass es für beide Seiten wirklich passt.

Also quasi all das, was Qualität ausmacht.

Was meinst du: Ist „schnell einstellen“ wirklich ein Zeichen von Effizienz – oder manchmal einfach nur Hektik mit hübscher Verpackung?

Früher: „Chef, ich will mehr Geld!“
Heute: „Chef, ich will …“

‌

➡️ mehr Urlaub.
➡️ ne Workation-Option.
➡️ einen cooleren Jobtitel.
➡️ flexiblere Arbeitszeiten.
➡️ ein größeres Kaffeeangebot.
➡️ mehr Life und weniger Work.
➡️ Sonderleistungen für mein Haustier.

Zeiten ändern sich. Gehalt? Ist längst nicht mehr alles.

Das bleibt zwar wichtig, ist aber für viele nicht mehr der Grund, irgendwo zu bleiben oder zu gehen.

Heute? Werden andere Punkte immer wichtiger: Wertschätzung. Freiheit. Sinn. Balance.

Und Unternehmen, die das nicht verstehen, verlieren irgendwann genau die Leute, die sie eigentlich halten wollen.

Wer heute führen will, muss verstehen, was Menschen wirklich motiviert. Und das steht nicht (nur) auf der Gehaltsabrechnung.

Was würdest du neben „mehr Geld“ am liebsten rausverhandeln?
