In 2022, I had everything I thought I wanted...
A successful IT career. Leading large-scale AI and transformation projects. A promotion to Managing Consultant. A steady income. Security.

But deep down, I knew:
I want to create more impact on peoples lives. 

Over the years, working at the intersection of digitalization and change, I saw one thing clearly:

Innovation doesn’t fail because of tech.

It fails because of fear.
Because of miscommunication.
Because of people.

So I jumped.

I left the corporate world and founded my first coaching company, Growpany, with one clear mission:

– To help leaders raise their consciousness and lead with clarity, courage, and empathy.
– To turn humanness into a superpower – in an age shaped by AI and machines.
– To empower change-makers and other female founders to fully own their greatness by empowering their brains.

Du kehrst an einen altbekannten Ort zurück, doch du bist nicht mehr dieselbe Person. Hello dear Berlin 👋

2019 Start auf einem Projekt in Berlin als Unternehmensberaterin.

Montag bis Donnerstag im Hotel leben.

Bis in die Abende gearbeitet und nach Feierabend noch mit den Kollegen gesportelt.

Ich war ungeduldig, ambitioniert und viel mit mir selbst beschäftigt.

Das Leben war gut.

Nächste Woche geht es wieder nach Berlin.

Heute buche ich die größte Unterkunft, die ich finden kann.

Denn ich reise mit Mann und Baby an.

Und erinnere mich kaum noch an eine Zeit ohne sie.

Ich kehre zurück an einen mir so bekannten Ort,

doch während die Gebäude unverändert sind –
 
erkenne ich mich selbst manchmal nicht wieder.

Ich habe mich verändert.

Vielleicht nicht immer im positiven Sinne.

Ich sehe müder und älter aus.

Doch begleitet mich – egal wohin ich gehe – ein zufriedenes Lächeln.

Diesmal reise ich nicht im Auftrag eines Unternehmens.

Sondern als selbstständige Moderatorin – mit einer anderen Perspektive und dem Wunsch, tiefe Erkenntnisse einzufangen.

Ich bin langsamer geworden, weil ich aufgehört habe, mich zu hetzen.

Ich bin ruhiger geworden, weil ich nicht mehr überall laut sein muss.

Ich tue heute weniger, dafür mit mehr Hingabe.

Das Tempo hat sich verändert.

Aber das Ziel ist dasselbe geblieben:

Ein Leben, das erfüllt.

Früher war ich oft in Berlin.

Heute bin ich immer öfter bei mir.

Mütter verdienen 30.000 Euro weniger im Jahr als kinderlose Frauen. Wie wir uns Zuhause aufstellen, um das abzufangen.

Eine Studie zeigt nun, dass die Unterschiede deutlich größer sind, als bisher angenommen.

Mütter verdienen im vierten Jahr nach der Geburt durchschnittlich fast 30.000 Euro weniger als gleichaltrige Frauen ohne Kinder.

Ja, als Mutter lernst du Selbstlosigkeit auf einem neuen Level, doch wenn es um finanzielle Sicherung geht, braucht es MEHR Aufklärung und Gestaltung statt Selbstlosigkeit.

Mein Mann und ich haben zwei unabhängige Businesses. Während er sich auf Business fokussiert, bin ich überwiegend mit Care-Arbeit beschäftigt.

Folgende Dinge haben wir daher vereinbart:

1. Gemeinschaftskonto für Lebensunterhalt eröffnet: Mein Mann füllt ihn immer mit einem Puffer von 4 Monaten auf. Wir landen ca. bei 15.000 Euro liquiden Mitteln. Ich verwalte und lege Überschuss für uns als Familie im Tagesgeldkonto an.

2. Ich schütte mir über meine Firma weiterhin Gehalt aus, investiere aber 100% davon in Anlagen und habe keine Ausgaben. Das Portfolio ist breit gestreut und ich bin eher risikoaffiner und investiere gerne in Tech-Companys.

3. Wir haben 1000 Euro pro Monat für Nanny budgetiert, damit ich ein paar Stunden pro Woche an Projekten arbeiten kann (nicht nur für unser Konto, sondern auch für meine Sanity - Profite lege ich an oder refinanziere ins Business.

Ganz ehrlich: Ich hatte zu Beginn große Schwierigkeiten, Geld über das Gemeinschaftskonto von meinem Mann „anzunehmen“ und auszugeben, da ich seitdem ich denken kann, mein eigenes Geld habe.

Auch musste ich mich weiterbilden, um die Finanz-Verwalter-Vermehrer-Rolle gerecht zu werden. Danke an der Stelle an meine Finance-Mentorin Anemone Ahmad Nejad Paleko !

Mamazuwerden bedeutet für mich, sich stetig weiterzuentwickeln.

Sich als Team zu begreifen. 

Unterstützung anzunehmen. 

Neue Wege zu gehen und vor allem die eigenen Finanzen in die Hand zu nehmen!

Das ist unsere Lösung - bestimmt nicht perfekt, aber zumindest ein Anfang.

Gestern durfte ich das Event & Panel „Let’s get Sovereign Cloud“ moderieren – und ein Gedanke zieht sich für mich durch den ganzen Abend:

Cloud Souveränität bedeutet nicht Abschottung.

Cloud Souveränität bedeutet Handlungsfähigkeit in allen Worst Case Szenarien. 

Ein eindrückliches Beispiel dafür ist der russische Angriffskrieg:

👉 Die Ukraine hat ihre wichtigsten staatlichen Register und Verwaltungsdaten
in sichere, internationale Cloud-Umgebungen ausgelagert – verschlüsselt und mit klaren Zugriffsregeln.

👉 Dadurch blieb der Staat digital funktionsfähig, selbst als Behördengebäude angegriffen wurden.

Gleichzeitig stehen wir in Europa vor einer anderen Herausforderung:

US-Gesetze wie der CLOUD Act erlauben amerikanischen Behörden theoretisch den Zugriff auf Daten von US-Anbietern – selbst wenn diese Daten in Europa gespeichert sind.

🇪🇺 Das zeigt, warum „Made in Europe“ nicht Ideologie ist, sondern ein echtes strategisches Thema.

Ein Satz von Stefan Latuski fasst es perfekt zusammen:

„Souveränität ist nicht gleich Unabhängigkeit.
Es geht darum, Abhängigkeiten zu kennen und zu managen.
Echte Alternativen schaffen Wahlfreiheit –
und nur dann kann ich im Zweifel vom Verhandlungstisch aufstehen.“

Auch bei scheinbar technischen Themen geht es am Ende immer um Menschen.

Darum, Versorgungssicherheit zu gewährleisten.

Darum, dass Verwaltung und Staat im Ernstfall FÜR unsere Bürger:innen funktionieren — verlässlich, sicher, souverän.
