In 2022, I had everything I thought I wanted...
A successful IT career. Leading large-scale AI and transformation projects. A promotion to Managing Consultant. A steady income. Security.

But deep down, I knew:
I want to create more impact on peoples lives. 

Over the years, working at the intersection of digitalization and change, I saw one thing clearly:

Innovation doesn’t fail because of tech.

It fails because of fear.
Because of miscommunication.
Because of people.

So I jumped.

I left the corporate world and founded my first coaching company, Growpany, with one clear mission:

– To help leaders raise their consciousness and lead with clarity, courage, and empathy.
– To turn humanness into a superpower – in an age shaped by AI and machines.
– To empower change-makers and other female founders to fully own their greatness by empowering their brains.

The more technological our world becomes, the more human we must be.

As a Jr. Process Expert, my main focus was managing the manufacturing part of a large project, implementing a new process at the manufacturing site.
Additionally, I was involved in daily problem-solving activities, GMP documentation and support systems.

As MS&T Scientist I built a process development laboratory for our Cell & Gene Therapy. I lead all laboratory activities and supervise planning, execution and analysis of experiments, present results and findings and manage involved stakeholders. As a team lead I ensure my direct reports can work in their zone of genius and develop new skills building on their strengths.

Hi, ich bin Mona.👩🏼‍🔬

Ich bin Leadership Coach für junge Führungskräfte, komme aus dem medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Fachbereich und wurde mit Ende 20 plötzlich Führungskraft in der Pharmaindustrie. 

Ich bin davon überzeugt, dass gute Führung nichts mit dem Alter der Führungsperson zu tun hat. Ich sehe es aber immer wieder, dass junge Menschen bei dem Thema übersehen, übergangen oder dann alleine gelassen werden. 

Deshalb unterstütze ich vor allem junge Führungskräfte auf ihrem Weg zur selbstbewussten, geschätzten und erfolgreichen Führungskraft. Gemeinsame schaffen wir umsetzbare Herangehensweisen, die auf die Persönlichkeit der Führungskraft angepasst sind und entwickeln den individuellen Führungsstil.

Wenn wir eine Arbeitswelt der Zukunft gestalten wollen, braucht es auch zukunftsfähige Führung!
