I’m a passionate product leader with a deep love for innovation, e-commerce, and turning bold ideas into products that users genuinely love. Since 2015, I’ve been on an exciting journey—navigating the fast-paced world of digital retail and transforming abstract concepts into thriving realities.

My career started with a daring leap: building the DefShop app from scratch. That project taught me invaluable lessons in resilience, creativity, and innovation, pushing me to think outside the box to solve problems. Today, as Product Lead at Grover, I’m shaping the future of online shopping, guiding teams to develop solutions that are as functional as they are user-friendly. From redesigning the homepage to optimizing search algorithms, I've been fortunate to work on projects that make a real difference in how people shop.

But my journey is not just about the work; it’s about the people. Early in my career, collaborating with global brands like Lacoste and Nike taught me the value of effective communication and empathy. Understanding the diverse needs of different user groups became my guiding principle—whether I’m mentoring a team member or brainstorming with cross-functional teams, I believe in the power of collective intelligence.

3. Ignoring churn signals & feedback — silent exits are the loudest warnings you’ll get.

Retention isn’t some secret recipe — it’s all about 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐧𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐬 that remind your users why they fell in love with your product in the first place.
