Dr. Graden started ALC in September 2005 when he signed up his first 13 students. To facilitate growth, he incorporated ALC in 2007 and brought in professional investors. The result - by 2012, ALC had grown to almost 700 students. 

Building ALC from scratch required some degree of risk. Dr. Graden signed a lease for almost 4,000 square feet and built out classrooms and offices. Curriculum development, hiring staff and instructors, implementing scheduling and internal procedures, plus developing a sales and marketing plan were crucial to their success - and ALC grew!

Alliances with local healthcare companies, hospitals, and staffing agencies helped promote growth - plus an incredibly high referral rate.

By incorporating Dr. Graden's targeted, online lead generations strategies, ALC's student base exploded to the point that he sold ALC to return money to the investors who put their faith and trust in them, as well as to spend more time together after Dr. Graden's wife was diagnosed with ALS.
