Having worked in Sports Broadcasting for over 15 years and travelled the world working on Formula 1, I understand what it’s like working long hours in a highly pressured environment, giving it everything at work, and coming home so exhausted, so all you do is binge on Netflix and eat junk food. I've experienced first-hand the challenges faced with staying on track with your nutrition & training whilst working abroad, with limited options available.

My biggest challenge was finding solutions to these problems. I was overweight, had a horrible image of myself, and ate & drank to deal with the stresses of work. Consequently, I had become someone who 
was unhappy, unmotivated, and depressed. However, I wasn’t going to give myself any excuses. I was committed to taking back control of my physique, my happiness and my life.
 
I slowly got back into the gym and tried every diet under the sun to lose weight. Keto, IIFYM, Carb cycling. You name it... I’ve tried it.
 
I learned a lot from all these diets, but the most important thing I learned...

After my personal transformation, things changed. My confidence skyrocketed and I felt amazing.
