•	Pre-launch analysis and launch of a new product : Surgicel Powder
•	Deployment of a targeting tool to improve the performance of the sales force
•	Project manager in collaboration with DDB Health, communication agency, in order to harmonize and deploy a new communication campaign and new promotional tools
•	Monthly analysis of results and help in building the marketing plan
•	Training of new sales representatives during sales seminars
•	Competitive intelligence in order to analyze the market for surgical hemostatic adjuvants in France
