My Journey in Digital Marketing
In 2002, I founded SEMS, one of the first search marketing agencies in Italy. Through SEMS, I had the privilege of working with leading brands like Expedia, Alfa Romeo, Alitalia, and ING, helping them grow in the emerging digital landscape.
In 2013, I founded FIND, a boutique Search & Performance Marketing agency based in Milan. I led a team dedicated to delivering measurable results for our clients. 
Our work has been recognized globally, including by Forrester Research, which named FIND as one of the 32 most trusted agencies worldwide for performance marketing in e-commerce.

I also played a key role in the launch of "lapassione.cc", a premium cycling apparel brand that has become a notable case study in Italian direct-to-consumer export success.

I enjoy sharing what I’ve learned with others. Over the years, I’ve:
- Spoken at numerous industry events across Italy.
- Published Le nuove vie del marketing digitale (2001), one of the first Italian books on performance marketing.
