Originally named My Business Doctor Inc., this coaching company helps dentists realize their full potential in practice by working smarter rather than harder while easily producing an extra 250k per year by implementing my simple strategies that will have you working fewer hours while taking home more so that you can have the work-life balance you deserve.

Not only did the program simplify the day to day in the practice, it opened practitioners' minds to the possibility of ONLY doing the clinical work they were passionate about and uniquely talented in, thus allowing them to nice into their genius.

Not an easy feat when dentists are trained to be jacks/jills of all trades while being told "if you take care of the patients, the money will take care of itself." This adage still rings true to a point, but having business acumen and an affinity for the work you are doing is what allows practices to thrive in the changed marketplace.

Amateur group classes focused on the fundamentals including technique, history, and musicality not just imitating steps, which gave students a greater understanding of their body, the dance they were learning, as well as how to unleash their expression their own way.

Originally a broken down bread & butter practice, it was transformed into a high-tech, comprehensive care, referral-based practice that served patients who were afraid of the dentist.

The evolution of offerings came from what was being seen in the patient base - needs far beyond the basics provided with a general dental education at university.

Patients who are scared became that way from trauma in the chair - being held down as a kid, having work done when anesthesia had not completely taken effect, having a procedure go terribly wrong, etc.

By the time these phobic patients are ready to access care, their cases are complicated and often have to be completed in multiple stages - all while having to be handled with empathy, understanding, and utmost care to keep them feeling psychologically and physically safe in the chair.

The technical skills needed went way beyond the basics of general practice, so full-mouth rehabilitation, implants, and I.V. sedation were brought in to be able to offer treatment at the level necessary to safely and predictably meet the needs of the cases that were coming into the practice.

It was also noticed that sleep apnea was a problem amongst many of the clinic's patients, so sleep studies and oral appliances became part of the practice as well.

The goal of the practice was not only to treat the patients needs and restore them to health, but also restore phobic patients to being able to visit the dentist without fear.
