And it also ruined LinkedIn.

Both are true.

I have traveled the world speaking about AI. From Dubai to New York. From boardrooms to classrooms. From CEOs to students. And here is what I’ve learned:

95 percent, maybe 99 percent of leaders do not truly understand AI.

They use it.
They talk about it.
They invest in it.

But they do not understand it.

And at the same time, LinkedIn is flooded with “AI experts” who discovered ChatGPT 18 months ago and now teach others how to “master AI.”

It’s the bandwagon effect at scale.

Copy paste posts.
Polished nonsense.
Artificial thought leadership written by artificial intelligence.

That’s the ugly.

Here’s the good.

AI is the most important technology humanity has ever developed.

More important than the internet.
More important than social media.
Possibly more important than electricity in terms of how fast it will reshape decision making, productivity, medicine, defense, education, and business.

It has made me sharper.
Faster.
More creative.
More scalable.

It has expanded how I think.

But here’s the truth most people miss:

AI is not your voice.
AI is not your brain.
AI is not your leadership.

It is an amplifier.

And if you are unclear, uneducated, or unethical, it will amplify that too.

That’s why I see two futures forming.

One where people become dependent, mediocre, and replaceable because they outsource their thinking.

And one where leaders become more strategic, more human, and more powerful because they use AI consciously.

The technology is not the problem.

The misuse is.

We are living in the single greatest leverage moment in history.

But leverage without wisdom is dangerous.

If you are a leader, your job right now is not to post about AI.

It is to deeply understand it.

How it works.
Where it breaks.
What it cannot do.
Where it lies.
Where it hallucinates.
How it impacts ethics, governance, and human identity.

This is not a trend.

This is not a tool.

This is a civilizational shift.

And most people are still playing with it like it’s a toy.

AI changed my life.

It gave me speed.
Clarity.
Reach.
Opportunity.

But it also showed me how quickly noise can drown out wisdom.

We do not need more AI content.

We need more conscious leaders who know how to use it without losing themselves.

The future belongs to those who stay human while mastering the machine.

I’m all in on AI.

But I refuse to let it replace my thinking.

That’s the difference.
