We deliver tech-enabled contact center/call center, CX, and back-office solutions across industries — BFSI, ISP, healthcare, aviation, government services, retail, and more.

ESCASO is a wholesome physiotherapy, obesity management & wellness Clinic that promotes healthy living by combining the expertise of physiotherapeutic treatments for overweight and obesity, musculoskeletal dysfunctions, neurological problems, unique therapeutic medi-spa.

As one of the leads, my role entailed:

- Designing and delivering holistic wellness programs across nutrition, lifestyle correction, and emotional well-being, tailoring initiatives for diverse client needs.

- Facilitating group workshops and 1:1 coaching interventions in areas such as hormone health, intuitive eating, fasting, stress management, and lymphatic care.

- Building wellness journeys from onboarding to transformation, integrating habit tracking, personalized protocols, and bio-individual assessments.

- Expanding Escaso’s brand presence through strategic partnerships, wellness collaborations, and
digital engagement campaigns.

- Mentoring and leading a cross-functional team of therapists, dietitians, program designers, and
operational staff.

Lead - Wellness

As the Education & Core Value Coordinator in BNI, my role is to train and educate my fellow chapter members on how to maximise their membership and develop their networking skills.

Education:

Responsible for organizing and overseeing the educational component of BNI meetings. This involves planning and conducting training sessions or workshops during chapter meetings. These sessions are designed to help members improve their networking skills, refine their business presentations, and enhance their ability to give and receive referrals effectively. The Education Coordinator might also bring in external speakers or trainers to provide specialized training on various business-related topics.

BNI has a set of Core Values that guide its members' behavior and interactions. These values typically include things like building relationships, innovation, accountability, and continuous learning. My duty involves ensuring that these values are integrated into the chapter's culture and activities; and to organize activities or discussions around the core values to reinforce their importance and encourage members to embody them in their business practices.

Education & Core Value Coordinator - BNI Synergy Chapter

As the LVH of my chapter, my role included the following:

Pre-Meeting Call: Contact invited visitors beforehand to provide directions, instructions, and meeting details

Early Arrival: Arrive ahead of the meeting to warmly welcome both visitors and existing members.

Introduction and Report: Briefly introduce visitors and substitutes, and give a progress report on prior visitors.

Visitor Orientation: Conduct a visitor orientation after the meeting, explaining the application process and inviting them to apply.

Follow-Up: Reach out to visitors who've expressed interest in joining before the next meeting for further engagement and support.

With over 4 years of experience as a business advisory consultant at EY, I have developed strong expertise in internal audit, risk management, internal controls, and corporate governance. 

My focus has been on delivering effective solutions to clients in the MENA region, spanning diverse industries and sectors. 

This exposure has provided me with a unique advantage in understanding various operational models, management styles, and organizational cultures, as well as industry-specific risks and best practices. 
Some key responsibilities I have undertaken in this role include:

Policy and Procedure Development

Developed comprehensive policies & procedures manuals and process flow charts for critical areas such as Procurement, Sales, Marketing, HR, Credit Risk Management, etc.

KYC Remediation Process

Led the KYC remediation process for medium-risk corporate entities at a major global bank in the United Arab Emirates. This involved conducting gap assessments on KYC documents, performing name screening, and assigning risk ratings to customers.

Risk-Based Internal Audits

Conducted risk-based internal audit engagements for clients across sectors including Real Estate, Insurance, Power & Utility, Healthcare, Hospitality, Retail, and Manufacturing. 

These audits encompassed core business processes, internal financial controls, and support functions. 
Regularly prepared and presented management reports to the Audit Committee, highlighting identified issues.
