I lead the implementation of Pompeia’s public innovation agenda, connecting government, industry, academia and civil society to position the city as a reference in science, technology and innovation.

I am responsible for the design of public policies and strategic legal frameworks (including the recently approved 5G Law), and I coordinate the strategic planning of the Secretariat, with a focus on smart cities, digital transformation and ecosystem development.

• Encarregado de desenvolver, implementar e administrar um banco de dados PostgreSQL para o armazenamento e gerenciamento dos mailings. Também sou responsável pela inserção dos dados nas tabelas, executo as manutenções e melhorias necessárias no schema, bem como pela criação e execução de queries para a extração de clientes conforme critérios específicos.

Criei um sistema de gestão financeira, e um aplicativo que serve como interface para a database de mailings, integrando todas as funcionalidades utilizadas, mas de forma simplificada para o usuário, facilitando a importação e atualização de registros, filtros e exportações.

• Responsável pela análise e tratamento dos dados de produção e gerenciamento do Mailing (Mailings são imensas bases de dados contendo informações para buscar por leads, sendo utilizado em discador, disparos de sms, ura receptiva e disparos de WhatsApp). 
• Depois de um tempo na empresa, notei alguns pontos que poderiam ser melhorados com a ajuda de robôs Web. Estudando e me desenvolvendo na área, programei um Bot que realiza a consulta de saldo disponível de cada cliente utilizando o sistema de um dos bancos parceiros.
• Gerenciamento de rotas VoIP, administração de sistemas de uso interno (Discador automático, CRM de Vendas, Sistema de Gestão, Chat Interno), e também auxilio no acompanhamento de propostas em análise.
• Desenvolvimento de Dashboards com resumos semanais das propostas, utilizando dados brutos extraídos do sistema de gestão.
