Business Analysis Manager

Part of the newly formed Data Management and Measurement Team within Global Business Operations chartered with building End to End Data and Business System Strategy and Architecture to enable connected Supply Chain. Utilizing the 4 layer approach: Data, Systems, Applications and Collaboration layer. Partnering with IT closely to build out the data foundation layer within the in-memory SAP Hana platform for Supply Chain data exploration to pave the way for real-time and predictive analysis.
* Manage the E2E Data mapping and lineage initiative for Supply Chain Organization at data element level. Compile the data mapping in SAP Hana in-memory platform to build out formal Data Health Checks and Monitoring capability, working closely with the Data Governance Committee.
* Promoting Data and Measurement transformation for Business systems when migrating on to in-memory near real time platforms; i.e. SAP Hana to leverage the processing power and capabilities.
* Analyze and map the high level data flow in a catalog for assessment during the transformational road-map building process (quarterly plan).

Worked extensively on the Executive Balanced Scorecard (using Xcelsius) to display level 1 metrics reviewed on a quarterly basis by SVP of Supply Chain organization. Trained users on uploading data via Excel upload; created robust exception management logic in the utility.
Part of the CVC IDS (Information and Data Strategy) team to implement next generation of BI for CVCM Org to improve strategy, performance management and execution by delivering actionable intelligence.
Served as the Business Project Manager for dashboard development projects and Dashboard Strategy to be implemented by Org.

Business Analyst - Cross Functional

Provide support, develop reports in Business Objects XI R.2 and 3.1.Instruction / Training new users with BO XI, gathering requirements and creation of standard templates. First point of contact for most BO XI related queries / questions. Provide 1-on-1 support for BO XI users / help writing up queries. Involved in testing related to new releases within our BO XI universes. I'm a data enthusiast, (SQL geek of the past); passionately continuing to learn and adapt in this constantly changing world of advanced technology, evolving users and shifts in mindset; comfortably living and breathing in the paradox between process/structure and the unknown unknowns. An empath for life advocating for Data Centricity and now embracing decentralized Data Mesh (continuous learning). 

I have an eye for flourishing creativity; identifying existing gaps and bringing innovative ideas into strategy development. As the world moves towards Agentic AI, how might we solve the pre-requisite: Data Governance; and how might we use AI Agents, Gen-AI to augment Data Governance?
In my spare time, I love to study complicated human behaviors and relationships [i.e. fixed mindset vs. growth mindset, fear of change/the unknown, need for structure, ability to cope with chaos, human vulnerability, resiliency and complexity of workplace relationship management and team building].
In the past, I've worked on establishment of non-standard data governance; with relation to data management and readiness/preparedness for advanced data analytics and data science practices at an organizational level; moving away from data silos, shadow IT, to a more IT supported infrastructure; balancing with the need for data autonomy and self-governance.
Working on automation, digitization and orchestration of repeatable process and exception handling; supported by data and analytics. Especially interested in the field of integrating machine to machine interactions into the workflow for human-like decision making and cognitive abilities. Fascinated by the advancement in this space, use-cases and fear of the unknown. Definitely very blessed and excited to be in this field during these revolutionary times!
Continuing to be adaptive at working within execution of complex projects, programs; managing and motivating cross functional teams, delivering goals for stakeholders at all levels. Translating and providing feedback/input back to strategic initiatives, value-added OKR measurements, organizational culture and behavior as well as exploring, sensing new avenues for continued competitive advantage and sustainability; in a constantly changing environment.
