As a Data Analyst, I build data visualization in Tableau and support the Product Owner for requirements collection, creating user stories, desgining quarterly OKR and facilitating meeting with key stakeholders. 

Other Highlights:
	• Produced several documentations such as user manuals, technical documents and release pages.
	• Collaborated with internal stakeholders such as product managers, commercial teams and data engineers to design and implement 20+ features as well as 2 new business intelligence dashboards that brought in revenue of more than EUR 200k.
	• Improved product experience by significantly reducing the load time of Tableau dashboards from 20 minutes to less than 1 minute.
	• Conducted training sessions to guide 2 support engineers and 5 developers on continuous improvement initiatives/solutions.
	• Prepared competitive analysis report to support product managers as well as business leaders to assess the current market landscape and formulate product strategy.

Data Analyst

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, I had an increased responsibility to support the implementation projects and new product development. While at this role, I got the opportunity to present about one of our business intelligence solution with a senior colleague which was attended by more than 30 attendees representing different banks.

Other Highlights:
	• Built 3 new dashboard together with data engineers and data analyst, that was eventually sold to 3 customers that brought in revenue of more than EUR 150k.
	• Designed product vision together with team members utilising the business model canvas that was eventually presented to the senior management.
	• Formalized product revenue reporting from simplifying data sets to building visualizations in Tableau and automated the entire process reducing preparation time from 1 working day to 1 hour. 
	• Solved disparate customer information among 4 different teams by maintaining a customer information table in confluence which eliminated the friction and served as a single version of the truth.
	• Spearheaded project management for one of the biggest customers and liaised with service delivery consultants from the commencement of the project to the final delivery which brought in revenue of more than EUR 2.5m. For the project, brainstormed a workaround with back-end engineers and collaborated with another front-end developer to build the required dashboards for the customer.

Business Intelligence Analyst

As an Associate Business Intelligence Analyst, I was 60% dedicated to prepare adhoc and recurring reports and 40% dedicated to support our business intelligence solution called, SWIFT SCOPE. During the first few week of joining the team, together with a senior colleague, we were able to prepare and deliver a complex peer benchmarking report for a key customer on time.

Other Highlights:
	• Increased awareness of our product internally by presenting a brief introduction in a brown bag session that had attendance of more than 30 SWIFT employees.
	• Built queries on MicroStrategy and prepared recurring and adhoc reports that had recurring revenues of more than EUR 80,000.
	• Collaborated with back-end engineers to build a new data analytic product for treasury management helping to increase potential revenues by more than 10% every year.
	• Led the entire business intelligence product portfolio’s newsletter campaigns by conceptualizing several campaigns that generated more than 4000 readerships and Click to Open rate of an average 7%.

When I moved from Iprice to SWIFT, I had to leave Malaysia for 3 months due to the Malaysian immigration regulation. While at home, I utilised my time by volunteering as a teacher to two children who were academically weak compared to their peers. The two children are now currently enrolled in a school and happily studying.

	• Designed report template for web page quality analysis reducing the error rate of top category pages by more than 15%.
	• Organised training on SEO and digital marketing concepts for 5 team members.

Schlumberger Business Support HUB Sdn Bhd

As an intern, I was hired to cover my supervisor's responsibilities while she was on her maternity leave. I had less than 3 weeks to learn the system as well as the processes. With the help of my team lead and the seniors, I was able to close the quarter with 0 global intercompany matrix balances by resolving all outstanding account payables and receivables discrepancies.

Other Highlights:
•	Supported 3 different geo-market under the job scope - MCA (Mexico, Cuba, Guatemala, Salvador), VTT (Venezuela, Trinidad, Tobago) and ABC (Argentina, Bolivia and Chile) to report and process the intercompany transactions for all the Schlumberger entities based in those countries.
•	By the end of the term, had conducted knowledge transfer sessions with 4 Intercompany Accountant to train new recruits as well as to hand-over the work.
