I perform the Market Analysis to develop the best and most effective business plans and GTM Strategy. I develop the marketing strategy and supervise the implementation on the different channels. I manage the commercial part and hire a small sales and marketing team. Implementing and maintaining sales processes designed to achieve specific sales objectives. I lead the research, contact and acquisition of the first new logo focusing on big brands that can be used as testimonials afterwards (Travel, Retail, GDO, Utility, Multinational Corporate). I understand business objectives and needs of the customer and I translate them in a project proposal.

I was responsible for recruiting and managing the sales team (inside sales and sales executive), defining and assessing the team KPIs to evaluate sales results. It was also my role to train the team on both the software and sales skills according to the SPIN methodology and Winning by Design advising approach. I had P&L responsibility reporting directly to the CCO, providing accurate forecasts on a weekly, monthly and Q basis.
I worked together with local and HQ marketing in order to optimize the marketing channels and to secure that
the sales team can run constantly at full capacity. I attended events, fairs and webinar to increase the brand awareness in Italy, being the spokesperson towards the press, partners and customers.
I collected feedbacks from leads and customers and transform them into valuable insights for the product team to obtain a complete alignment between our product and the Italian market needs.

Challenge: Skyrocket the presence and participation of Valencian Regional Authority in European projects sponsored by the European Commission (EC) with a double goal: spreading the ICT policies and the image of the Region across Europe and participate and lead well-funded European projects. Direct report to the Regional Vice Minister.

Actions: Advised on European policies related to ICT. Created a new structure with 2 people who I trained in EU projects management. Built and developed a large network with European academic, public sector, NGO’s and business partners. Actively participated in European expert networks in the ICT field. Speaker in several international conferences and forums.

Results: 	
• Starting from scratch I increased the participation of the Vice Ministry in EU sponsored projects. With my leadership we participated in 10 European projects in the field of ICT: 3 as leader, 3 as co-leader and 6 as partner. 
• Created a structure with well trained staff, which represented a good money-value for the Region, still working nowadays.
• Successfully positioned the Region as a very-well-known in ICT policies at European level, being invited to participate actively in several international conferences and initiatives.
• Successfully planned and organized the ‘I European Summit on Interoperability in the iGovernment’, 2006 (25 high level speakers, 500 attendees from all over the world).
• Fujitsu- my employer - was congratulated for the customer-focused service I provided, two years in a row.
