Asian Development Bank (ADB)

ADB's NGO and Civil Society Centre (NGOC) launched the Youth for Asia program in 2013 to increase youth participation in ADB operations to achieve sustainable development in Asia and the Pacific.
Responsible for a research project to understand business opportunities for ADB Youth for Asia to invest in Social Enterprises. 
My main responsibilities include:
- Develop a collaboration with the Asian School of Business-MIT Sloan to write a research paper on ‘Insights to the Social Enterprise Ecosystem in Asia & the Pacific’ 
- Collaborate with the UNV program to compile a report of the policies for social entrepreneurship in Asia and the Pacific 
- Organise and facilitate 3 international boot camps with 120 attendees each for evidence-based reports in collaboration with UNDP, MaGIC, UYA, Hanyang University, MICE Korea
- Explore opportunities with different NGOs, public and private organisations for co-led projects for youth empowerment
- Engage social entrepreneurs in ADB events with focus on fintech, healthcare and agriculture
- Organise the ‘Youth for Asia Week’ to strengthen youth engagement in ADB projects
- Deliver talks and workshops to foster youth engagement in the Sustainable Development Goals
