It took me 15 years for my first agency to hit 7 figures.

Spearheaded the launch of the new Aurifil Designer Thread Collections that streamlined the process of curating Aurifil Collections making the process seamless from beginning to end. 

Drafted policies, contracts and letters for the incoming designers.

Developed a budget for the program including the cost of a special assortment of products designed especially for thrill sewing and promotion of products that are not typically otherwise promoted.

Responsible for the intake of new designers from the research of talent to the final processing of contracts and promotion.

Skilled in creative endeavors and connecting people and building healthy communities for brands. I specialize in social media management in the creative industry.

I have been a contributor for Moda Fabrics, featured in the book Kitchen Stitches for Martingale, have had tutorials with Bernina We All Sew and Sew4Home. It has also been my pleasure to be a pattern tester for multiple designers in the quilting industry.  Every challenge encountered with sewing was a way for me to share with others that if I can do it, they can too.  

In 2012 I started working with the Italian company Aurifil, as the Social Media Manager. Researching daily to discover the best of the sewing and quilting world to promote on all social media outlets. Building the community from scratch to create an active international community. I contributed to the creative development of marketing ideas for the company, the promotion of products and coordinated events.

In 2014 I added the very rewarding coordination of the Quilt Guild donations. Intaking requests sent by Quilt Guilds, finding the needs of the individual guild for their members or their event and processing the request.  

In 2015, as Creative Director, I helped launch the program for Aurifil Designer Collections. From policy and contracts to welcoming letters, it was a thrill to create a way to promote a group of fabulous designers and a great company.

New opportunities arose in 2017, and I was able to successfully create social media campaigns for an online shop, a brick, and mortar shop helping them increase sales by 200% in less than a year.

In 2017-2018, I worked freelance as social media management for pattern designers. Increasing visibility and building a community of great supporters that benefited the brands.

Currently, I am seeking new adventures in community building in the creative industry.
