Tim Abeyie Performance 

I'm Tim, an ex-team GB and Ghana Sprinter with over 17 years experience competing at the highest level in my sport. 

I've competed at the Commonwealth games, world Championships indoors and out and the European Championships. 

Since retiring from the sport I have become a fully qualified Personal Trainer and I continue to broaden my knowledge while working previously at Leeds Carniege Rugby Union, Halifax Town Fc, Bradford Bulls, Welsh Lacrosse and Currently the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Oldham Rugby League. 

As an experienced athlete I have first-hand knowledge of improving fitness levels, changing Body Shape and improving Strength & Conditioning with my elite approach and training methods.

I train people from all walks of life, from elite sports athletes to housewives to CEOs, anyway who has a fitness goal and is willing to commit to achieve. 

As an experienced trainer, I will create a program that moulds itself to your goals and more importantly your lifestyle.

Or restless.  We will work on finding a flexible nutrition plan (not a diet) to help you feel 100%.

Being fit is not just physical. Not for CEOs, at least.   

There’s also a mental side to it.

We will together work on your habits, mental discipline, and training your mind to be mentally and emotionally fit.

  1) Customised workout plan  After an initial call where we’ll talk about you and your fitness goals, I’ll prepare a customised workout especially designed for you.  I’ll send you a new one every month as you progress.  Easy and simple.   

2) Work 1-1   I only take a few people for this plan because you get full access to me.   Every month, you’ll get:

  • A customised workout plan made for you and only you so that you can get the best results and look better  

• A specific nutrition plan to help you feel healthier and more energised (unlike any diet you might have tried before…)  

• Text support
