I'm passionate about working on things that make a difference - both in my professional work as well as in causes that are important to me. 

My career so far allowed me to try myself in different roles including sales and revenue enablement, learning and development, sales, sales management, and HR, and work cross-functionally on global projects. I trained and developed sales consultants and managers, and helped build a global L&D and Sales Enablement team. Change management, cross functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement has been an important cornerstone in all of my work.

I am a strong supporter of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging efforts, ERGs as well as supporting and being the voice for Working Parents - it is a tough balancing act, as many of us know!

Trust. Transparency. Thoroughness. These are three Ts of Multiplier.

Today, I want to talk about thoroughness, and what it actually means in practice.

Everyone says they value execution. Everyone says they’re accountable. But when things get messy, when it’s inconvenient, suddenly it becomes someone else’s problem.

For me, thoroughness is very simple. If you say yes to something, you see it through to completion.

Why? Two reasons.

1️⃣ Ownership. In a growing company, there is no room for not-my-jobism.
If something is broken and you can help fix it, you fix it. You don’t wait for the org chart to give you permission.

2️⃣ Leadership. People watch what you do far more than what you say.
If you step in, others will too.

That’s why thoroughness became one of our three core values. From seeing how things break when people optimize for handoffs instead of outcomes.

So if you take one thing from this, it’s this: when you say yes to something, own it end to end. 100%, not 98%.

Because that last two percent is where trust is earned, where leaders are made, and where companies set themselves apart. 

And it’s a standard I hold myself to every single day.
