Previously Executive Vice President of Singapore Exchange, I'm now a publisher, author, speaker and mentor on mindset, leadership and authorship.

Having built a strong cohesive team of over 120 and ensured a good transition, I intentionally left my role at the peak of my enjoyable career for flexibility and other passion.

I'm currently also engaged in investment management, people-organisational development, autism-needs, and Christian ministry.
