I participated in our in-house sustainability programme to learn more about internal projet and core sustainability considerations and work practices. Main takeaways laid in the areas of change management, internal and external communication and assessment of areas with biggest impact within own scope of influence.

I work in the Marketing team of Zehnder Clean Air Solutions, one of the four business segments of the Zehnder Group. My areas of responsibility contain Social Media Management, PR, internal communications and some sales support tasks. 
Since we are selling a service instead of a product, I have learned new ways of approaching prospects and communicating with customers. This is a really nice complement to what I knew from former jobs.

Gaining experience abroad is super valuable. Especially when your professional career has only begun. At Hansgrohe Spain, I was responsible for marketing bathroom fixtures on the Spanish market. 
The focus during that time was on eCommerce mainly. But I was also lucky enough to do do many projects such as event management, social media, website and more. 

I am still a "barcelonesa" by heart and incredibly grateful for the many experiences, great team spirit and support I witnessed there.

𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 is certainly one of my strongest characteristics. And I am extremely grateful for that. 
Because my curiosity was always the starting point of incredibly many wonderful experiences I was allowed to make in my life. 

It's the reason why I love travelling. 🎒
It's the reason why I love meeting and talking to people (so many interesting stories!) 💬
It's the reason why I can dig into new topics and absorb even the most technical details of a product like a sponge. 🤓

And I am truly convinced that curiosity has also let me to my job as 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫.
Because there is hardly any other job where you need to stay on top of the latest trends as much as in marketing. And where routine is obviously a guarantee for regression.

In my current position I am lucky enough to be working in a wonderful team of motivated, passionate and of course also curious people. ♥️

Together, we combine our skills and talents to create more awareness for 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞. 
And to help companies understand how valuable and beneficial clean air is for their business as well.
