As the Head of Film and Story at STORO, my role is to steer our storytelling ship, harnessing over two decades of experience in visual storytelling. I lead the charge in crafting impactful visual narratives that not only capture the essence of our clients' brands but also resonate deeply with their audiences, driving positive change for people and the planet.

My responsibilities are multifaceted:

Creative Collaboration: I work hand-in-hand with our clients and creative team, transforming initial concepts into compelling scripts, storyboards, and visual treatments. Our goal? To align each project with our clients' vision and brand ethos.

Team Leadership: Guiding the film and story department, I ensure every narrative we craft meets, and often exceeds, client expectations. Quality is key, and it's my job to deliver it consistently.

Cultivating Innovation: I foster an environment where creativity and innovation are not just encouraged but celebrated. It's about pushing the boundaries of what's possible in visual storytelling.

Building Relationships: Maintaining and nurturing relationships with clients, creative partners, and vendors is crucial. These collaborations are the backbone of successful project delivery.

I'm Riccardo Sai, a storyteller at heart, a director by craft, a creative producer by trade and a photographer with an eye for the soul of a story. My journey began in Bologna, Italy, where art, cinema, and philosophy were my companions. This path led me to the London Film School, forging my destiny in visual storytelling.

In 2022, a new chapter began. It started with the birth of STORO, my studio for visual stories. It's for people and brands that are reshaping the world. 

STORO brings together a dynamic pool of creatives with a shared ambition for empowering the people and brands that are reshaping our world for the better.
