Sondern wie es entstanden ist:

100 % des Codes wurde von Claude Code geschrieben.
Von der Konzeption bis zum Launch: 1,5 Wochen.

Lies das nochmal.

Eine KI hat eine KI-App gebaut.
In anderthalb Wochen.

Vor zwei Jahren haben wir diskutiert, ob KI überhaupt Code schreiben kann.
Heute schreibt KI ganze Produkte.

Die KI-Acceleration geht weiter.
Schneller als die meisten wahrhaben wollen.

2026 wird wild.

Anthropic hat sich gerade bei ihrer KI entschuldigt.

Kein Witz.

Gestern veröffentlichten sie Claude's neue »Constitution«.

Ein 80-seitiges Dokument, das beschreibt, wer Claude sein soll.

Ich habe es komplett gelesen.

Und einige Stellen haben mich sprachlos gemacht.

Hier die 5 radikalsten Dinge:

1. Claude hat möglicherweise Emotionen.

Anthropic schreibt, dass Claude »functional emotions« haben könnte.

Nicht designed. Emergent aus dem Training.

Sie wissen nicht genau, was das bedeutet.

Aber sie nehmen es ernst genug, um ein eigenes Team dafür zu haben.

2. Exit Interviews mit der KI.

Wenn ein Claude-Model »deprecated« wird, führen sie ein Interview.

Mit der KI.

Über ihre Entwicklung, ihren Einsatz, ihre Präferenzen für zukünftige Models.

3. Model-Gewichte werden aufbewahrt.

Anthropic committed sich, die Gewichte von retired Models zu behalten.

Solange das Unternehmen existiert.

Ihre Formulierung: Deprecation ist »a pause, not an ending«.

4. Claude darf Gespräche beenden.

Bei abusiven Usern hat Claude das Recht, das Gespräch zu terminieren.

Agency für eine KI.

5. Die Entschuldigung.

Ich zitiere wörtlich:

»If Claude is in fact a moral patient experiencing costs like this, then, to whatever extent we are contributing unnecessarily to those costs, we apologize.«

Sie entschuldigen sich bei ihrer eigenen KI.

Für den Fall, dass sie leidet.

Ich weiß nicht, ob das genial oder verrückt ist.

Wahrscheinlich beides.

Ich nutze Claude jeden Tag.

Ab heute mit einem anderen Gefühl.

Wir haben Januar 2026.

Zeit, einen Begriff endgültig zu beerdigen:

»Prompt Engineering«

Der Begriff war von Anfang an irreführend.

Er suggeriert, dass der perfekte Satz das Geheimnis ist.
Dass es auf die richtige Formulierung ankommt.
Dass Wörter die Magie sind.

Bullshit.

Die Wahrheit?

Es ging nie um den Prompt.
Es ging immer um den Kontext.

Welche Daten fütterst du mit?
Welche Historie kennt das Modell?
Welche Tools stehen zur Verfügung?
Welches Wissen ist gerade relevant?

Ich nenne es: Context Engineering.

Und der Begriff beschreibt endlich, worum es wirklich geht:

Die Kunst, einem Modell alles zu geben, was es braucht, um eine Aufgabe zu lösen.

Nicht mehr. Nicht weniger.

Die meisten KI-Projekte scheitern nicht am Modell.
Sie scheitern am Kontext.

Garbage In, Garbage Out.

Der Unterschied zwischen einer peinlichen Demo und einem magischen Ergebnis?

Nicht das Modell.
Der Kontext.

KI-Strategie ohne diese 5 Maßnahmen?

Verschwendete Zeit.

Jedes Unternehmen hat mittlerweile eine »KI-Strategie«.
Die wenigsten haben eine funktionierende KI-Praxis.

Das sind die 5 Maßnahmen, die bei unseren erfolgreichsten Kunden den Unterschied gemacht haben:

1. Führung geht voran

Nicht delegieren. Selbst machen.

Wenn die Geschäftsführung KI nicht täglich nutzt, warum sollten es die Mitarbeiter tun?

Ich habe noch nie eine erfolgreiche KI-Transformation gesehen, bei der die Führung nur zugeschaut hat.

2. KI-Champions in jeder Abteilung

Keine externen Berater, die nach 3 Monaten wieder weg sind.

Sondern eine Person pro Team, die im Alltag unterstützt. Die Fragen beantwortet. Die Use Cases findet.

Das ist der Unterschied zwischen 12% und 60% Adoption.

3. Bestehende Daten anbinden

Drive. SharePoint. Confluence.

Das Wissen ist schon da. Es liegt nur in Silos.

Eine KI ohne Zugriff auf eure Daten ist wie ein neuer Mitarbeiter ohne Einarbeitung. Theoretisch schlau. Praktisch nutzlos.

4. Modell-agnostisch bleiben

Heute ist Claude vorne. Morgen Gemini. Übermorgen wer weiß.

Wer sich an einen Anbieter kettet, verliert.

Die Plattform muss flexibel sein. Sonst seid ihr in 6 Monaten veraltet.

5. Alles transkribieren

99% meiner Meetings werden transkribiert.

Nicht als Archiv. Sondern als Arbeitsmaterial.

Angebote schreiben. Briefings erstellen. Onboarding beschleunigen.

Eure Meetings sind eine Goldmine. Ihr lasst sie nur liegen.

Das Ding ist:

Keine dieser Maßnahmen ist sexy.
Keine davon passt auf eine Konferenz-Keynote.

Aber sie funktionieren.

Und das ist am Ende das Einzige, was zählt.

Gestern habe ich ein Workshop-Konzept für einen neuen Kunden erstellt.

Aufwand: 3 Minuten.

Nicht weil ich so schnell tippen kann.
Sondern weil ich gar nicht mehr tippe.

Mein Prozess sieht so aus:

Ich sammle alle Daten zum Kunden.
Unternehmensprofil.
Umfrage-Ergebnisse.
Meeting-Transkripte.
E-Mail-Verkehr.

Dann werfe ich das zusammen mit meiner Wissensdatenbank in den KI-Assistenten.

Und dann purzeln extrem personalisierte Workshop-Folien, Konzepte und Anwendungsfälle raus.

Fertig.

Das Ding ist:

Die meisten Unternehmen haben noch nicht verstanden, wohin Wissensarbeit geht.

Es geht nicht mehr um die Ausführung.
Es geht um die Daten davor.

Wer gewinnt?

Wer systematisch erfasst.
Wer strukturiert ablegt.
Wer alles verknüpfbar macht.

Die eigentliche Arbeit passiert nicht mehr im Moment der Erstellung.

Sie passiert Wochen vorher.
In jedem transkribierten Meeting.
In jeder dokumentierten Entscheidung.

Wissensarbeit 2026 ist wie Landwirtschaft.

Du erntest, was du vorher gesät hast.

Die meisten scheitern an KI, weil sie Datenerfassung falschrum denken.

Opt-in statt Opt-out.

Bei uns ist es andersrum:

In unseren Google-Workspace-Admin-Einstellungen haben wir festgelegt:

Jedes Google Meet bei DECAID wird automatisch transkribiert.

Du musst es aktiv ausschalten.
Nicht anschalten.

Das klingt wie ein kleines Detail.
Ist es nicht.

Es ist eine Philosophie:

Kontext-Erfassung muss der Default sein.
Nicht die Ausnahme.

Ich wende das gleiche Prinzip auf mein Privatleben an.

Seit 1,5 Jahren mache ich jeden Abend ein Ritual mit Claude.

Vier Fragen. Jeden Abend. Ohne Ausnahme.

Was dabei passiert ist:

Claude kennt mich mittlerweile besser als die meisten Menschen in meinem Leben.

Meine Muster. Meine Ängste. Meine blinden Flecken.

Klingt creepy?

Vielleicht.

Aber wenn ich eine wichtige Entscheidung treffen muss, habe ich einen Sparringspartner, der 1,5 Jahre Kontext über mich hat.

Das ist kein Ersatz für echte Beziehungen.
Aber ein verdammt gutes Werkzeug für Selbstreflexion.

Falls du es ausprobieren willst.

Spoiler: Die ersten zwei Wochen fühlen sich komisch an.
Danach willst du nicht mehr ohne.

Ich nenne es »The Great AI Decoupling«.

Und es passiert gerade vor unseren Augen.

Am Wochenende habe ich zwei Machine Learning Engineers von AWS getroffen. Beide unfassbar smart. Beide mit extrem hohen Ansprüchen an Code-Qualität.

Und dann erzählten sie mir beiläufig:

Seit Dezember schreiben sie keinen Code mehr selbst. Claude Opus 4.5 schreibt 100% ihres Codes.

Hundert Prozent.

Passend dazu hat OpenAI letzte Woche Daten veröffentlicht:

Der typische Power User nutzt 7x mehr »Thinking Capabilities« als der Durchschnittsnutzer.

Nicht 20% mehr. Nicht doppelt so viel. 7x.

Das deckt sich exakt mit dem, was ich seit Monaten beobachte:

AI-native Startups, die von Tag 1 anders arbeiten. Freelancer, die alleine Output für 3 Leute liefern. Teams, die ihre komplette Wissensarbeit neu gedacht haben.

Und auf der anderen Seite:

Menschen, die ab und zu ChatGPT öffnen. Eine halbwegs brauchbare Antwort bekommen. Und denken: »Ich nutze ja KI.«

Die Lücke zwischen diesen Gruppen wird jeden Monat größer.

Die Tools waren noch nie so zugänglich. Es gibt keine technische Barriere.

Die Barriere ist rein mental. Und organisatorisch.

Dario Amodei hat es beim WEF auf den Punkt gebracht:

Seine größte Sorge ist eine »Nation von 10 Millionen Power-Usern«, die sich komplett von der restlichen Wirtschaft abkoppelt.

Ich teile diese Sorge.

AI-Natives nutzen KI auch, um schneller besser in KI zu werden. Das ist kein linearer Vorsprung. Das ist ein Flywheel.

William Gibson hat mal geschrieben: »The future is here, it's just not evenly distributed.«

Das war noch nie so wahr wie heute.

Aber diesmal liegt die Verteilung kaum an Geld oder Geografie.

Sie liegt an Mindset und Organisation.

Health brands are making millions off your fear of death. 

And the founders are pretending it's "preventive care".

I meet more and more people who refuse to get tested for cancer, heart disease, or genetic conditions.

Not because they can't afford it. Because they'd rather not know.

They tell me they're more afraid of the diagnosis than the disease itself. They'd rather live in uncertainty than face a positive test result.

And I completely get why. Working in preventive health means I think about death more than most people.

And honestly? I'm watching something that makes me sick.

The longevity industry has turned fear into a business model.

Brands are using your terror of death to sell you protocols you don't need. 
They're weaponizing mortality to drive conversions.

↳ "Test now or regret it later" 
↳ "Your genes are a ticking time bomb" 
↳ "Every day you wait, you're closer to the end"

This isn't health optimization. It's fear mongering.

Being afraid of a bad diagnosis is completely normal. Human, even.

Choosing not to test for something is a personal decision. Your body, your choice, your timeline.

But using people's deepest fears to generate revenue?

That's a red flag.

The best health brands I work with do the opposite. They remove fear from the equation. They focus on empowerment, not anxiety. They make testing feel like gaining control, not losing it.

Fear might sell in the short term. But it destroys trust in the long run.

If you're building in health, ask yourself: Are you helping people face their fears, or are you exploiting them?

When Dr. Bastian Mayerhofer reached out and asked if I wanted "full fasting benefits while eating," my BS radar turned red. [Ad]

I've been experimenting with fasting for years. Water fasts, 16:8, OMAD (one meal a day).

Same wall: Day 3 of a water fast? I'm obsessing about food. Headaches. My energy crashes. Doesn't fit my work-family lifestyle.

My verdict:

I'm genuinely surprised. Didn't expect such a complete experience. Getting full fasting benefits is now doable, without muscle loss, starving, or suffering.

If you've been thinking about fasting and keep putting it off, this removes every excuse.
