At Deloitte, I was brought in to take on large-scale CRM initiatives for Fortune 500 clients. From global partner portals to metadata system upgrades, my role focused on bridging complex business requirements with powerful Salesforce architecture.
➢ Google Cloud Platform – PRM Portal
Led the technical delivery of a Partner Relationship Management (PRM) portal for Google Cloud, built on Salesforce Communities.
Led a 12-member team to roll out secure and scalable features across multiple partner tiers, using Lightning Pages, Apex, Visualforce, and REST APIs.
Developed a robust integration pipeline with internal systems, improving partner onboarding and visibility.
Delivered all project milestones on time while collaborating across distributed engineering and stakeholder teams.

Upgraded a legacy metadata management system for 21st Century Fox by rearchitecting it on Salesforce.
Oversaw system design, data modeling, and metadata migration — coordinating across 20+ team members.
