C'era la pandemia, il Dombass solo pochi ingarellati di geopolitica sapevano dove fosse, Trump era presidente (oh wait) Conte era presidente del consiglio, il papa era Francesco (e no il Frosinone non era in serie A).

Una vita fa Stefano Lepri , in arte St3pny, figura storica di Youtube Italia con i Mates veniva dipinto dalla stampa italiana come un evasore.
Stefano all'epoca aveva 25 anni.
Quel tipo di accusa, se fai un lavoro dove l'immagine è tutto, ti distrugge, distrugge collaborazioni, distrugge una reputazione, ti può portare in una spirale negativa senza fine.
Ieri, dicembre 2025, finalmente Stefano ha provato la sua innocenza, ma intanto 5 anni di lavoro e l'immagine rovinata sono passati.

Quando ci chiediamo perchè questo paese non è attrattivo e non cresce ricordiamoci che i tempi biblici della giustizia sono questi, ricordiamoci che la presunzione di innocenza non è solo per le aule giudiziarie ma anche per i media (anche se il presunto innocente è una figura che porta via fatturato al vostro tabellare).

Mi auguro che Stefano torni nel suo prime, come si è reinventato in questi anni è un caso studio non indifferente, ma è anche una storia che va raccontata perchè per uno Stefano che vediamo ci sono migliaia di imprenditori o professionisti che vengono distrutti senza aver fatto nulla.

Ho sempre amato i “What If” e, ascoltando la puntata Actually di Will Media  ho riflettuto molto sull’idea avuta da Riccardo Haupt in merito alla strategia di comunicazione di Bending Spoons .
Ad ora l’azienda comunica ottimamente in chiave B2B.
Secondo me mandano due aree molto importanti.
Quella sollevata da Riccardo sul B2E (ovvero verso gli employee e i “prospect” di future acquisizioni al fine di ridurre eventuali resistenze )
Quella invece del B2C, sui consumatori delle “vecchie” app che, spesso vuoi per esperienza personale, vuoi per preconcetti abbandonano le app acquistate dalla holding italiana. Ho testato con mano su Geekout come spesso vengano viste male (molti son rimasti scottati dalle modifiche di Evernote, altri non apprezzarono il cambio di TOS di WeTransfer).
Detto ciò, per queste e due aree c’è secondo me uno splendido Trend Tiktok, il “Italia Effect” e di come si potrebbe creare uno storytelling su come l’Italia ti cambi in meglio, la vita da employee e l’experience, da utente.
Credo che, come detto da Riccardo, i tempi siano maturi per iniziare a governare anche lo storytelling, possibilmente su tutte le aree tematiche in modo sinfonico.
E, oggi come oggi; dovremmo non solo come Italia, ma anche come Europa, tifare per questa narrazione positiva di una realtà tech del vecchio continente.

Più viaggio più il mio consumo di podcast aumenta ( Spotify sono profondamente offeso che il mio wrapped non sia stato fatto perchè ti uso solo per i podcast, sappilo).
Nel mio Casa-Milano-Bologna AR di ieri mi sono "sparato" Better, il podcast di FutureProofSociety il nuovo progetto di Alessandro Tommasi.
A parte che Alessandro si conferma una persona con un "fiuto" mediatico eccezionale e che, insieme ad Actually questo prodotto dovrebbe esser fatto ascoltare a qualsiasi persona dai 16 anni in su, la grande sorpresa, per me, è stata Tommaso Masi che, come il 90% delle persone immagino, era conosciuto "solo" come Tommyverse per i suoi video in formato short format.
Tommaso quando "parla piano" potrebbe per me tenere un monologo sulla finanza di ore senza mai essere noioso, ha una capacità di spiegare cose complesse in modo semplice in modo perfetto (meglio di chatgpt, e poi lui se il pc si scarica non si spegne).
Insieme ad Alessandro solleva dei punti importanti sia in termini finanziari che politici che, sono dell'idea, potrebbero (e dovrebbero) risvegliare le coscienze di tanti giovani, elettoralmente e non solo.
Una gran bella sorpresa che ormai è finita nel mio paniere d'ascolti

In Italia viaggiare è sempre difficile.
La ux dell’app Trenitalia  sappiamo tutti essere decisamente macchinosa.
Eppure mi chiedevo, con le tecnologie oggi disponibili, perché non la si migliora?
Arrivo a Rogoredo (avrei tanto da scrivere su parcheggi e sicurezza a riguardo caro Comune di Milano…) e mi trovo la notifica del mio treno in ritardo (app dice 31 minuti, la notifica via sms oltre 60 e il cartellone dice 45, dovrò fare una media pesata).
Perché la app, sapendo dove devo andare, non mi propone in automatico un cambio? Vendimelo come Smart assistant a 5 euro piuttosto ma se mi risolvi il problema giustifichi il valore.
Basterebbe veramente poco per far risollevare il percepito di un brand in favore di una ux pensata sulle persone e non sui sistemi

In queste settimane tutti i mercoledì, grazie al buon Marco Dodaro, sono a Bologna per fare formazione in ambito social media.

Con i ragazzi con cui tengo queste lezioni ieri abbiamo iniziato a lavorare su tre "brief" fittizi per mettere un po le mani in pasta.

Voi non avete idea della quantità di buone idee che ne siano scaturite.
In un mondo "full AI" avere accesso a menti fresche, non vittima di bias dettate un po dall'età e un po dall'esperienza di vita, è oro puro.

Sono riusciti a tirare fuori degli insight veramente interessanti e mi han fatto ripensare ad un mio vecchio pensiero.
