As Consultant, I spend my time studying digital strategies for brand and companies, meeting business goals thanks to a high-quality execution made by our team.

Sono un Product Manager con mentalità da builder: mi piace stare dove si costruisce, ma solo dopo aver capito se ne vale davvero la pena.

La mia regola? Nessun prodotto va in produzione senza aver passato almeno un paio di “boss di fine livello”: utenti, dati e test reali.

Mi trovi spesso tra una whiteboard su Miro e un MVP su Lovable, aiutando le persone a scegliere bene da dove partire e quando fermarsi.
Perché anche nel caos delle startup, si può giocare con metodo.
