As an Account Manager, I focused on building and managing relationships with marketing agencies, primarily selling call-tracking solutions tailored to their needs.

- Regular on-site client visits to foster relationships and drive sales
- Representing the company at industry association events such as VDAV, SIINDA, and OMT
- Consulting customers on performance marketing strategies and campaign tracking

Start To Finish

Start To Finish is a headhunting agency specializing in executive recruitment for fast-growing startups.
In my role as BDM, I was responsible for selling recruitment services directly to C-level decision-makers.

Key responsibilities included:
- Built and maintained relationships with high-growth clients
- Consulted on executive hiring strategies tailored to startup needs
- Managed deals with an average value of €10–15k

During my bachelor's thesis in Accra, I identified a market gap in the local food processing industry. Many African countries lack homegrown food brands and rely heavily on imported goods. I saw potential in creating a locally produced, ready-to-eat product inspired by traditional Ghanaian dishes.

I developed ChrispyChops, a brand offering deep-fried snack balls made from Ghanaian soups, using the Dutch “bitterballen” as the recipe foundation. We launched two flavors: Chicken Light and Chicken Groundnut.

Key Milestones:
-Conducted three large-scale tasting events at schools, bars, and restaurants in Accra
-Adjusted the product based on customer feedback and built a local brand
-Organized 21 sales events in markets across Accra
-Co-founded the company with two Ghanaian partners and a Dutch classmate
-Enrolled at Founder Institute, the world’s largest pre-seed accelerator; became one of 8 out of 36 participants to complete the 12-week program

Despite two intense and insightful years, I decided not to pursue the venture further due to infrastructural, economic, and environmental challenges in the Ghanaian market. I primarily self-financed the startup while working at Start to Finish.

This experience gave me deep insights into entrepreneurship, product development, emerging markets, and the resilience needed to build from the ground up.
