Our continuous improvements to our management system sections for the IT business supported Skanska in being the world's leading green construction company (ISO 14001), and we successfully launched a management system platform for IT across the Nordics (based on ServiceNow). Used Lean-Agile, ITIL/ITSM, and PM3, and continuously developed our leadership skills via reflection and feedback loops.

Developing extensive experience in the Oracle e-Business Suite, I honed my skills in Consulting, Pre-Sales, and Project Management. My expertise was focused on Supply Chain Management (SCM), working with four major projects, as well as a multiple year program in the Telecom industry.

As a applications specialist, systems administrator and solutions architect, I worked closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and requirements, and to develop tailored solutions that would meet their specific needs. I was responsible for preparing and presenting proposals, conducting product demonstrations, configuring development, testing and production environments. In my project management role, I was responsible for leading teams of developers, functional consultants, and other project resources to ensure the successful implementation of Oracle e-Business Suite projects. I was accountable for ensuring that projects were delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. 

I built a reputation as a trusted advisor and consultant to my clients, with a deep understanding of the Oracle e-Business Suite and its applications in SCM and Telecom.

During the early days of the internet, my friend and I founded the first snowboarding website that had a truly global reach. We were passionate about the sport and wanted to create a platform that would allow people from all over the world to connect and share their experiences. Our website, Method Mag, was one of the first to provide regular, multimedia coverage of snowboarding events from around the world.

We worked tirelessly to report on snowboarding news, events, and trends, often providing weekly updates and live coverage. We were committed to creating a community of snowboarders who could connect and share their experiences, no matter where they were in the world.

While much of the content we created has been lost over time, I am proud to say that Method Mag is still alive and well today. I am grateful to the team of people who have continued to carry the torch and keep the spirit of the site alive. Our work helped pave the way for the snowboarding community to connect and thrive online, and I am proud to have been a part of that movement.
