I’m Tobi — entrepreneur, leadership advisor, and sparring partner for founders who want high-performing businesses without unnecessary stress.

As a digital nomad, I’ve worked with founders worldwide and seen firsthand how different cultures approach leadership, decision-making, and collaboration. I know that “right and wrong” are often contextual, that true resilience comes from adaptability, and that great companies are built on trust and autonomy.

•	Served as ScrumMaster for up to three teams with 6-15 members, using VersionOne to plan, track, and prioritize stories.
•	Experienced in the standard Agile/Scrum practices such as Daily Scrums, Planning, Demo, Retrospective, and Backlog Grooming. 
•	Successfully led scrum teams through six projects and continuously worked on improving team’s efficiency and throughput. Focused heavily on finishing prioritized deliverables, resolving conflicts, and removing sprint impediments.
•	Piloted several in-sprint initiatives to improve product quality and reduce technical debt – more focused in-sprint testing, prioritized defect resolution, frequent automation test run and analysis, and mapping regression tests to sprint.
•	Executed the Emergency Procedure twice when the ongoing sprint was interrupted beyond recovery. Followed up by starting a new sprint and re-prioritizing stories to keep the project release on track to meeting goals.
•	Coached and mentored several teams to ease their transition from the Waterfall process to the Agile/Scrum methodology, with a focus on three most challenging Scrum principles – Estimating, Definition of Done, and identifying impediments.

•	Programming experience in WPF/XAML, WCF, and C#, using Visual Studio and Expression Blend.
•	Developed the feature-rich WPF-based GUI for the real-time dispatch console Symphony (awarded "Hot Product" at APCO 2013) with a highly responsive interface that handles calls, emergencies, and other dispatch events in real-time.
•	Experienced with Microsoft’s and DevExpress’ WPF controls, using MVVM pattern. Am an expert user of data bindings, markup, animation, and bubbled/tunneled events.
•	Worked closely with a design firm to render and approve UI components for Symphony, and to develop the components using Blend, Studio, or Photoshop.
•	As lead UI developer on team, trained several colleagues on XAML, MVVM, and the many strategies of efficient UI design.

•	Designed and developed an automatic floorplanner for FPGAs using C++, SQLite3 database and electronic design automation principles.
•	Developed an algorithm for speculative anticipation of user’s changes to a design to improve project runtime and design productivity.

•	Experience in FPGA design, logic synthesis, timing analysis, floorplan, placement and route.

•	Programming experience in JAVA and J2EE, using Eclipse IDE.
•	Led a five-member team, to apply Lean Six Sigma tools to a process-oriented project, employing people management and team skills. Determined bottlenecks such as effort redundancies, underutilization of resources, and inefficient scheduling in GE Healthcare’s Technical Support team and delivered a solution that recommended a smaller team size with a more efficient scheduling that took advantage of the issue arrival patterns over 24 hours and better skills distribution. 
•	Developed an SOA interface between Agile PLM and Oracle ERP systems, employing Java, SOAP and Web Services. Analyzed the objects generated by the PLM system and morphed them into an ERP-friendly object that is advertised by a service. The ERP client communicated with the service to fetch these objects and auto-logged them into the ERP system without user intervention.
