- Working with a client (leading non bank lender) to help with the transformation to a new way of working. Reshaping the organisation to introduce greater levels of agility, and ways of measuring the success of this.  
- Coaching the CIO and the leadership team on the required mindset shift, "Leaders go first".
- Created a 2 day training course on agile, and lean, and travelled to the Manila, Philippines office to deliver to the technology and leadership teams based there.
- Assisted with the recruitment of new roles to support the ongoing sustainability of the changes.
- Set up and coached small, autonomous, self organising teams to support the new way of working

Accountable for introducing and implementing a project portfolio management framework.  Creation, and management of a rolling 12 month delivery Roadmap with associated Pipeline Register (Initiatives Backlog), introduction and embedding of a full RACI matrix. 

Creation of a Project Management Office (PMO) type environment to facilitate this.

Introduced, and chaired, the Business Banking Change Forum with the General Manager and the Leadership team.

Responsible for raising the knowledge, and awareness of colleagues across the Business Banking Sales, Service, and Support teams in the application of project management processes and disciplines.

Managed the Business Banking Broker & Agency instance of Salesforce, and the relationship with Salesforce.

Supported the Business Banking Future Leaders program as a project and organisational change management specialist.

Accountable, end to end, for all RaboDirect Australia core banking system releases and enhancements. This includes delivery, via a quarterly Release Management process, of the whole online banking experience, including product enhancements, customer experience improvements, system maintenance, process improvements, and business as usual "keeping the lights on" changes.

Responsible for the Mobile App upgrades and enhancements, via both an agile and waterfall delivery methodology. Coordinating both onshore and offshore vendors and stakeholders.

Also responsible for project delivery of all compliance initiatives (FOFA, FATCA, AML/CTF, Unclaimed Monies), both the system delivery, and ensuring a smooth transition into the relevant business areas and the new target operating models.

Leadership - direct team management of business analysts, testers and support staff. Member of the RaboDirect Leadership Team.
