Served as the senior maintenance and logistics Warrant Officer for a Combat Sustainment Support Battalion in direct support of the 4th Sustainment Brigade and the 4th Infantry Division. Responsible for providing multifunctional logistics support to maneuver, fires, and effects organizations as well as multifunctional logistics assistance to other support organizations.

Battalion Maintenance Tech (CW4 915E)

Served as the principal maintenance and logistics manager for the Brigade Support Operations section. Evaluate and ensure the quality of all maintenance completed by each subordinate Battalion and maintenance company. Develop a training and cross-training plan for maintenance personnel in the Brigade. Monitor the status of equipment undergoing repairs, and determine the status of the repair parts required to complete those repairs. Ensuring Maximum Combat Power. Track and investigate class IX high-priority requisitions. Provide recommendations to the BDE DCO on how to redistribute maintenance assets within the BDE to support Pacific regional Air Defense coverage and support.

Support Operations Brigade Maintenance Tech (CW3 915A)

Provided logistical support to the directorate that is responsible for the entire life cycle of development, acquisition and sustainment of route-clearance equipment for the Army. This mission involves equipping the forward-deployed route-clearance teams and explosive ordnance disposal teams operating in both Iraq and Afghanistan with the capability to detect, identify, interrogate and neutralize mines and other explosive ordinance. PdM AMS vehicles are combined at the discretion of the field commander to create the “route-clearance package” to support route-clearance teams. Senior Maintenance Advisor (CW3 915A)

Provided logistical management in a partnership with other LCMC organizations, Program Executive Offices (PEO), and Research, Development, and Engineering Centers (RDEC). Our LCMC partnership responsibilities cover the entire life cycle of supported weapon systems, from technology development to eventual demilitarization. Also facilitates communication and cross-functional activity between partner organizations that are strategically aligned with the ground combat, combat support, and combat service support, Soldier, and chem-bio communities. The TACOM LCMC synergizes the strengths of multiple organizations that provide and sustain combat capability to Soldiers.

Directly responsible for the total maintenance effort of over 400 pieces of ground equipment, wheeled vehicles, generators, Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and Engineer Diving Equipment. Implements and monitors all field level maintenance, SAMS1-E, TMDE, AOAP, Safety, HAZMAT and Environmental program, drivers training, modification work order management, services, warranty, calibration, RESET, and technical verification inspection programs and operations within the organization. Assesses training and competence level of company operators, crews, and maintenance personnel. Also serves as a Joint Base Langley Eustis (JBLE) Commanders and 1SG's course maintenance management instructor.

Served as the Senior Logistics Officer for the 567th ICTC directly responsible for or the total maintenance effort of over 200 pieces of ground equipment, wheeled vehicles, generators, and Material Handling Equipment (MHE). Implements and monitors all field level maintenance, SAMS1-E, TMDE, AOAP, Safety, modification work order management, services, warranty, calibration, RESET, and technical verification inspection programs and operations within the organization. Assists the MCB Maintenance Officer in all field level maintenance operations and programs to include inspections, training, environmental, and safety. Assesses training and competence level of company operators, crews, and maintenance personnel. Also managed the field level maintenance programs for the Headquarters Detachment and the 384th and 622nd Movement Control Teams (MCT).

Automotive Maintenance Warrant Officer (CW2 915A)

Served as the Battalion Maintenance Warrant Officer of the 24th Transportation Battalion; responsible for the total maintenance effort of 720 pieces of ground support equipment, wheeled/tracked vehicles, generators, and MHE and 35 watercraft. Implements and monitors the maintenance, SAMS1-E operations, TMDE, safety, modification work order management, services, warranty, calibration, re-set and technical verification inspection programs within the organization. Assesses training and competence level of company operators, crews, and maintenance personnel.

Battalion Maintenance Tech (CW2 915A)

Served as the senior Automotive Maintenance Warrant Officer of the Army's only Modular Causeway Company; responsible for the total maintenance effort of 45 pieces of ground support equipment, wheeled/tracked vehicles, generators, and MHE.  Implements and monitors the maintenance, SAMS1-E operations, TMDE, safety, modification work order management, services, warranty, calibration, re-set and technical verification inspection programs within the organization.  Assesses training and competence level of company operators, crews, and maintenance personnel.  Manages conventional maintenance programs for the 492nd Harbor Master Detachment and the 1098th Transportation Medium Boat Detachment in support of tactical or Joint Logistics-Over-the-Shore (JLOTS) operations.

Served as the Senior Automotive Maintenance Warrant Officer of a Field Maintenance Company dedicated to a FORSCOM Air and Missile Defense Patriot PAC-III Battalion with a worldwide contingency mission. Responsible leading, training, and maintaining six Field Maintenance Teams manned by 26 NCOs and 57 Soldiers.
