From March 2005 till January 2012, I had the privilege of working on short and long term organisational development and enterpise integration projects with numerous clients from manufacturing, engineering and service sectors primarily in the North East England. 

My main objective was to facilitate holistic improvements driven by the Totally Integrated Enterprise (TIE) Methodology developed at Teesside University with a passion and remit of bringing people, processes and systems together.

The USP of this methodology is the facilitation of a consensus amongst the senior management team followed by enabling a sign on by all departments/functions within the organisation.

The rationale is that an organisation determines its vision and mission, confirms its strategic and operational priorities and devise a road map prior to the improvement strategies/tools such as implementation of change, ERP, Lean, etc. in order to avoid piece meal solutions, flavour of the months exercises and future pitfalls.
