Fireart is a design and engineering studio working with clients like Google, Atlassian, Rolls Royce, Pipedrive, Bolt, and many more big tech brands and startups from YC and Techstars.

I lead strategy which means I get to wear many hats while supporting our cross-functional teams:

- Support strategy, design, and branding teams with direct client contact and execution help.
- Help the sales and success teams with pre-sales, pitch decks, execution strategy and customer support.
- Work directly with the CMO and Head of Marketing to define strategy and manage budget.
- Support the HR team by directly helping our Head of People do our best to ensure our employees are happy (high retention rate, 4.8 on Glassdoor and certified “Great place to work”).
- Part of the management board working closely with the CEO on decision.making about the company’s culture, strategy and growth.

Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), Partner

1. Have grown a product design team of 8 to 35 people.
2. Together, within a team, we defined our culture and values. 
3. Established the company's design process.
4. Integrated such additional services as workshops, design audits, branding, and brand strategy.
5. As a part of the managing board, I contributed to the revenue growth. (1.2x-1.7x each year).
6. Increase the success rate of the projects. (there is only 1% of projects that hadn’t been delivered)
7. Took part in building the PM department. (from 1 to 5 team members)
8. I was the hiring manager for the design, project management, and branding departments.
9. I don't afraid to roll-up my sleeves. It was never a problem to take Figma and support my folks with a design or take care of the project management side of the project.

Since 2011, when we launched the Bamboo architecture studio in the municipality of Gatika, known for the Castillo de Butrón, we have brought together a team of professionals with the same goal:

To carry out well-done projects, which give a self-developer the peace of mind of building on schedule, along with the confidence that everyone will respect the agreed budgets.

But a well-done project involves more than that. We need to talk about and understand the preferences of a family: their ways of living, daily uses, the most important spaces, the relationship with the environment, sustainability criteria and the choice of the best materials, without forgetting their subsequent maintenance.

Then we can consider more technical factors, typical of architecture: the geometric clarity of the spaces, the harmonious composition, the formal synthesis of the applied regulations, solar orientations, the incorporation of new technologies, etc.

And we also take care of the interiors, looking for the way to represent your personality.

BuildingSMART Spanish Chapter is a non-profit association whose main objective is to promote efficiency in the construction sector through the use of open interoperability standards on BIM (Building Information Modeling) to reach new levels in cost and time reduction. of execution and increase in quality.

The Association is formed by all agents of the construction sector: Promoters / Investors, Construction Companies, Engineering, Architecture Studies, Software Developers, Facility and Project Managers, Research Centers, Manufacturers of Products and Materials, Universities and Public Administrations.

I walk with architects so they become great entrepreneurs.

Architects don't have a design problem. They are amazing, and brilliant at design. They already know how to draw, calculate, write, and model in LOD300 in BIM (maybe). They are wonderful ninjas in Revit, ArchiCAD, Lumion, Photoshop, Word, and Excel... 

But... 

they might have a huge business problem. 

Usually they:

1. confuse who their real customer is (Audience)

2. do not create long-term relationships (Marketing)

3. are not able to close their offers and deals (Sales)

4. don't have a diversified portfolio (Product)

5. don't make enough money (Business)

6. don't know how to run the business efficiently (Operations)

7. have old belief systems that keep them locked (Mindset)

8. suffer burnout, depression and stress (among other Mental Health issues).

Things that traditional architecture schools never taught us. 

That's why I'm obsessed on transforming architecture services.
