- Support strategy, design, and branding teams with direct client contact and execution help.
- Help the sales and success teams with pre-sales, pitch decks, execution strategy and customer support.
- Work directly with the CMO and Head of Marketing to define strategy and manage budget.
- Support the HR team by directly helping our Head of People do our best to ensure our employees are happy (high retention rate, 4.8 on Glassdoor and certified “Great place to work”).
- Part of the management board working closely with the CEO on decision.making about the company’s culture, strategy and growth.
