This role involved providing executive leadership for a $9M region in the IT integrator and software development space, focusing on IT networks, Cyber Security and the Internet of Things (IoT). I managed the delivery of multi-million dollar projects from inception through to completion, including establishing vendor relationships and ensuring all milestones were delivered on time and under budget. In addition to establishing a strong presence in Australia and New Zealand from the ground-up for a North American Geo-Fencing and Social Media Application start-up, I engaged and successfully negotiated investment options with Angel Investors and VCs to secure solid Venture Capital Funding. Managing daily business operations involved overseeing all aspects of go-to-market strategy, monetisation, product design, software development, business development, marketing and venture capital, and working closely with in-house and offshore development teams to improve products and develop sales, marketing and go to market strategies. I also negotiated contracts with key stakeholders in the Government, Real Estate, Retail, Sports and Entertainment, and Travel sectors to increase monthly revenue by a massive 350%.
