Driven by a passion for people and their professional growth, I am transitioning to HR, where I can align financial acumen with organizational development, workforce planning, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and more.

My expertise lies in financial analysis, data-driven decision making, compliance, and project management.  I believe in collaboration, seeing a strong partnership between departments and HR as fundamental to organizational success.  My goal is to contribute to a workplace where employees feel valued, motivated, and supported in their professional journeys.
