With over 20 years of teaching experience—including a decade in human resources—I’ve had the privilege of working with organizations across the public and private sectors, including government agencies, nonprofits, public safety professionals, and community groups.

My mission is to help organizations create thriving, cohesive teams by delivering practical, customizable training programs tailored to their specific needs. Whether in-person or hybrid, my sessions focus on building empathy, trust, and motivation while addressing real-world challenges like miscommunication and team dynamics.

With deep personal ties to public safety—my husband served in law enforcement, and several family members are firefighters—I bring a unique perspective and understanding to supporting high-stress environments. My expertise includes conflict management, coaching individuals in behavior change, and facilitating DISC and Emergenetics behavioral assessments to enhance team cohesion and performance.
