As the Agile Product Owner (PO) for the Naval Aircrewman Mechanical (AWF) A School under the Navy RRL 24 contract, I oversee the full lifecycle of the program. I am responsible for managing the production backlog, ensuring that key milestones are met on time, and leading a cross-functional team that works closely with government stakeholders. I ensure timely delivery of training solutions while maintaining clear communication and collaboration with all parties involved. My role is fast-paced, requiring strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage the program effectively.
