Athena Executive Services pairs Virtual Executive Assistants with business owners, entrepreneurs and executives throughout the U.S..

· They are experienced being on virtual/ remote teams and how to perform well in that environment. We work with our clients to establish effective communication structures so that you are clear about what work is going to be done and what has been accomplished.
· Support is available anywhere from 10 to 40 hours/week. It’s amazing the difference that just 20 hours/week of support can make in the life of a business executive. Our clients don’t pay for more hours than they really need.
· I provide coaching at no additional charge for clients who have never had an assistant before, or want support in how to work most effectively with their assistant.

Veterans Coaching Project

The mission of the Veterans Coaching Project is to provide the best-in-class coaching and support services to transitioning veterans and their spouses. Recognizing the sacrifice in service by our military veterans, the VCP connects veteran clients with professionally trained coaches who seek to develop and further their career coaching practice. Together, the coaches and veteran clients work on strengthening skills, broadening perspectives, and enhancing preparedness to further clients' post-military career goals. Faculty from New York University's School of Professional Studies program in Executive Coaching & Organizational Consulting provide coaching supervision of the volunteer coaches. Veterans-focused organizations such as the Department of Health and Human Services of the City of Jersey City assist with veteran client placement and program support. The VCP is an essential program helping both veterans and professional coaches gain traction in their professional career endeavors and creating and sustaining a path to success for all. Managed buying team and collaborated with various teams including logistics, supply chain and human resources. Traveled extensively to stores throughout the Americas as well as to Germany for seasonal reviews while continually sharing information and data. 
	Advanced global initiative to realign retail/wholesale merchandising structure in the Americas and differentiate wholesale and retail collections using data driven assessment.
	Empowered store teams through cross-country product knowledge presentations, teambuilding/training, and tailoring buys to regional trends, and budgets/business goals while gathering diverse thoughts and opinions.
	Prepared a limited-edition collection by synchronizing and energizing creative team (Germany), warehouse team (Savannah, GA), PR and marketing team (NY) and store teams to support the mission.

This was the company’s $9.5M flagship location. As store manager, I oversaw 2 floors, 3 managers and a team of 25 sales/support associates. I managed all store functions and led the team in achieving all performance goals, with daily sales ranging from $20K to $60K.
