En la que tenía los sábados, domingos y generalmente todas las tardes para mí.

En las que dormía en mi casa.

En las que tenía 23 días por año para irme a Indonesia si quisiera.

Pero de resto, jodido. Tenía si o sí que estar en prisión.

Por suerte, me escapé.

Y ahora vivo en otra prisión construida por mi en la que no salgo casi nunca, jajajajjaa.

Freelancer, Founder, Author and Cloud Architect

Ericsson

▪ Strategized and led the re-engineering of 9 on-premise apps to 80 micro-services using AWS cloud-native services and Docker. It cut monthly costs from $10k to $6k and reduced the associated carbon footprint. All GDPR-compliant. I also orchestrated the split of the main AWS account into 15, implementing a new logic for Continuous Deployment using CodePipeline.
▪ Became the lead AWS consultant at Ericsson Spain after the successful local app migrations. I began to advise and strategize new teams (3+) in their efforts to successfully migrate and redesign their on-premises solutions to AWS, with a strong focus on using cloud-native services to maximize cost savings and reduce the associated carbon footprint.
▪ Won and led the development of a $100k multi-cloud project (for supervising global prices), transforming SAP HANA-powered Excels into a cloud data lake. It implemented the 1st production app co-created with ChatGPT using Python, ECS, Fargate, PowerBI, SSO, RDS for SQL Server, Azure SQL and Elastic Jobs.
▪ Developed several AWS Lambda scripts using Python and AWS EventBridge to schedule application shutdowns and startups, reducing monthly costs from ≈€1.5k to ≈€300 and minimizing the associated carbon footprint. Additionally, I eliminated Docker Desktop licenses in the Spanish branch by creating a WSL 2-powered script.
▪ Led ChatGPT introduction as a Copilot in 2 teams.
▪ Modernized databases from on-premises to cloud using Amazon RDS (Oracle) and 4 to Amazon RDS (SQL Server).
▪ Automated CSVs faster consumption using SQL Server jobs called by using Lambda Functions that generate several heavy reports on-demand.
▪ Lead 3 teams located in India. One 6-person team for 9 apps support and development (AWS, Docker, Java, and Databases), one 2-person for a data lake service, and one 2-person for RPAs in Blue Prism. All are managed with the help of Kanban and Jira.

IT Delivery Manager, Software Architect and AWS Consultant (via Inetum)

▪ Strategized, led, and designed the architecture and migration of 10 RPAs in AA, 10 .NET Apps, 6 DBs, and 3 macros from on-premises to Azure during COVID-19. The multicultural Scrum Team (8) collaborated remotely with members from Costa Rica, Turkey, and Poland. This project enabled several teams to work from home and was accomplished in record time (3 months).
▪ Coordinated 3 Poles during the knowledge transfer, including tasks delegation and deployment to production.
▪ Gathered requirements and coordinated calls for an express RPA PoC in 1 week, collaborating with a 10-person multicultural team from Greece, Poland, and India.
▪ Rebuilt two bots. One for master data and another for reporting, while collaborating with a 4-person multicultural team managed by Kanban. This recovered the trust of one engagement in RPA, saving 2 FTEs. As a result, a new RPA was won, saving 2 FTEs more.
▪ Configured and deployed 9 AA Control Rooms in 4 engagements, plus, implemented a migration plan for 5 of them from v10 to 11 with an average downtime of 2h.
▪ Led and migrated 2 desktop apps and 8 services from India to Poland.
▪ Refactored an important WPF app that had limited automation capabilities, reaching 90% automation.
▪ Improved efficiency of one unattended bot in Automation Anywhere from 40% to 97%.
▪ Designed and implemented a new plan for building RPAs that has minimized errors by 25%.
▪ Designed a dashboard for monitoring multiple robots across one engagement.
▪ Winner of TSG Strategy Internalization Contest.

▪ Led as the Software Architect, the first web recommender system creation for identifying the correct items to tax. The 6-person team was managed with Scrum and attained to save 3 FTEs, minimizing losses of thousands of PLN monthly.
▪ Led the creation of an RPA PoC for Master Data that was implemented. It saved 3 FTEs and earned an award from the CTO.
▪ Led a 3-person multi-cultural team during the successful migration of some client apps to a new internal one from France to Poland (Jan-Jun 2017).
▪ Improved performance of processing scanned images from 25 to 5 min with parallel programming in C#.
▪ Led an RPA training initiative that introduced Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0 in the company. This brought 2 new bots while training 20 people from 7 different in Automation Anywhere.
▪ Supported 1 web and 7 desktop apps in C#, ASP MVC, HTML/CSS, JS, Kendo UI, nUnit, WPF, WCF, SAP Scripting, Entity, and T-SQL.
▪ Worked as SPOC and delegated user stories to my teams.
