It basically involved receiving calls from postpaid mobile phone subscribers and answering general inquiries about products and services, explaining bills and offering solutions to billing issues. We also offer basic troubleshooting steps for customers who have issues with their service or mobile phones. I have excellent command of the English grammar and great people skills. The job also requires great typing and wide knowledge in product information and resolution research within the company's system. I was eventually promoted to being an SME or Subject Matter Expert. Our job is to assist agents who are having difficulty resolving the customer's concerns and most of the time taking supervisor or escalated calls so we can speak with irate or dissatisfied customers and provide them with the best resolution possible.
