That's rarely the actual problem.

The real issue? They're testing 5-10 ads per month when they should be testing 50+. Meta's algorithm needs data to optimise. When you feed it limited creative variations, you're starving it of the information it needs to find your best audiences at scale.

I was also responsible for creating fun, authentic and positive engagements with the customers in order to put the brand out there and to gain online presence. I used to engage with some of the most important influencers in the country.

This was my first step into the job market. I helped the hotel branch to create a marketing campaign online, I built a social media plan in order to get attractions and engagements with the users. I created and managed a few Google ads campaigns and brought in many bookings (leads), increased conversions and decreased the cost of the campaigns.

As a PPC Regional Manager, I lead, create and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Amazon for various markets and regions. I manage a large budget and ensure that the campaigns align with the business' goals and strategy.

I also hold certifications in Social Marketing from Hootsuite and Google Ads Search and Display from Google, which demonstrate my proficiency and expertise in paid media platforms and tools. 

With over four years of experience in digital marketing, I have delivered impressive results for multiple clients, such as increasing conversions, reducing costs, business growth and improving ROAS.
