Premium Retail Services

Manage accounts for multiple clients, Simplisafe, Turtle Beach, PDP, Plantronics, Philips, Playstation, Steelseries, in multiple retailers such as Best Buy, Walmart, Target, Bed Bath and Beyond.

•	Support client accounts in all aspects of retail execution, project management and customer relationships by working with key decision makers. 
•	Partner with Premium senior management, field operations, client services, asset management, distribution, training, and HR to provide total account management for my clients.
•	Oversee and ensure field training compliance is up to customer standards. Manage and Develop account coordinators.
•	Coordinate customer/team relationship including internal meetings, vendor meetings, project set-up, client reports and follow-up 
•	Create Work orders in company data base for merchandising, installing, auditing and assisted sales in various retailers utilizing proprietary system (QTrax).
•	Run proprietary system (QTrax) daily and weekly reports. Create and provide additional reporting via excel and Powerpoint presentations and review data with clients.
•	Troubleshoot and problem solve issues for clients.
•	Identify revenue streams and ways to grow the business with clients. Create SOW for bids/quote requests.
•	Review billing for all jobs and invoice clients based on scope of work and job orders completed.

Client Account Manager

Managed 3 Operations Coordinators and the operations for multiple clients: Samsung, Jack Links, OtterBox and Good Housekeeping in multiple retailers such as Best Buy, Target, Macy’s and Mall of America. 


•	Managed the training for 6 office coordinators and 20 field managers on procedures and various reporting by creating SOPs. Delivered SharePoint Database Training via WebEx. 
•	Maintained staffing levels and vacancy fulfillment at 93% or higher for 1400+ positions. Facilitated annual employee reviews. 
•	Conducted weekly client calls to discuss reporting and best business processes.
•	Managed onboarding, program set up and weekly scheduling for 6 OtterBox reps, 6 Jack Links reps and 30 Good Housekeeping reps simultaneously with Samsung tasks. Oversaw transition of onboarding process with HR/Recruiting/Talent Acquisition for all programs.
•	Led a project team to create and implement a database of employee and store lists in SharePoint to improve efficiency and accuracy for all reporting. Maintained all lists and updates as needed.
•	Collaborated on Kronos Payroll Integration implementation to streamline processes.
•	Compiled biweekly staffing report for Samsung and Internal/Field Teams including store staffing counts and allotted hours. Created Store Level Counts each Quarter. Audited quarterly hours report and created or removed store staffing positions based on hours.
