Specifically recruited from Spark Networks to join Godtube.com to establish processes and scalable solutions to the fast-growing website in 2007, primed for going public or corporate sale. 

•	Planned, executed and developed the Operations, Video Editing, Call Center, Customer Service, In-Bound Sales, Quality Assurance and Human Resources departments
•	Authored technical specification document to enhance the teams ability to review all user generated content more efficiently; allowing for the ability to scale exponentially while reducing the overall cost per contact
•	Managed department of 80 customer service agents and 4 middle managers and onsite in Texas and Virginia, as well as geographically dispersed network of remote agents
•	Created company-wide strategic hiring plan focused on the company’s quarterly goals, and spearheaded all recruiting efforts from C-Level to administrative support
•	Developed strategic partnership with FBI to ensure brand jeopardizing issues were immediately identified and escalated
