Tactics used throughout the duration of a social media plan include contact or “friend” building, social profile optimization, social network participation, social media services and tools integration, best practices recommendations and report generation. Additional duties include providing social media coaching services to clients on an hourly billing rate when requested. Social services most often selected in social media plans include Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Monthly search engine optimization responsibilities include analyzing client campaign performance on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis and then implementing current SEO tactics to help the client site achieve desired results. As a co-founder, I lead product vision, partnerships with mental health organizations, and the journey toward real-world impact.

Before founding In the Zone, I spent over 10 years in the ad tech industry, as a Senior Partnerships Manager and Business Development Manager with a strong commercial mindset and clear communication style. I’ve worked with leading platforms like Everflow, Usercentrics, and NS8, building strategic partnerships, managing stakeholder relationships, and helping scale products across EMEA. My experience has given me the tools to bridge business strategy with human needs, something I now bring into mental health innovation.
