Currently, I lead the Kernel team at Agoric, where I manage a group of talented engineers focused on core distributed system functionalities. My role involves strategic planning, promoting innovation, and ensuring our technology aligns with the latest industry standards and practices. This position has enhanced my leadership skills and deepened my technical expertise, allowing me to contribute significantly to our company's growth and success.

With a robust background in computer science and extensive experience at tech giants like Meta, Microsoft, Airbnb, and VMware, I am passionate about leveraging technology to enhance education and bridge the skills gap. As the founder of Algolab, I've developed cohort-based courses that have enabled engineers to thrive in their careers. My hands-on role in teaching and course development has deepened my understanding of student needs and the dynamics of effective learning environments.

As an Engineering Manager, I prioritize a human-first approach to leadership. I am dedicated to fostering a team culture that champions innovation, ownership, and a commitment to excellence. My goal is to build strong, supportive teams that are well-equipped to drive progress and adapt to the rapidly evolving tech landscape.

I am grateful for the opportunity to mentor and guide aspiring tech professionals and remain committed to continuous learning and improvement, both for myself and my teams. In my downtime, I explore emerging technologies and write about innovative ways to make tech education more accessible and engaging. I also run an IRL robotics club for girls and building a team to compete in FTC robotics competition.

VKE provides a policy-based, fully compliant Kubernetes runtime environment for cloud-native applications.

More importantly love the way problem solving is approached collectively around us and specially through product development using technology. 
Being a software developer I helped solved problems in products and platforms like Compute and Cluster Management, Knowledge Graphs, Data Infra and Data Platforms, ML/AI Infra, Developer tools e.t.c. In all of the problems being solved one thing in common which drives me in addition to great features and usability is performance at scale which I think is at the core of hyper growth of any product. 
My enthusiasm for continuously learning new things, better approaches through multiple mediums and applying them together for any task led me to work in multiple areas of software development and put me in path of becoming (journey is never completed:)) an archetype for engineering crafter!!
