Back Story:  : Over the last 15 years I have grown fast in my career. Responsibilities increased rapidly across all major dimensions. Sales Quota (or Target) of 10 Lakh (~$20K) in 2004 to 3 Cr ($ 500K) in 2009 to being responsible for Growth Function at a public company with ~$500 MN in 2018. From being a Sales Engineer in 2004 to Heading 'Growth Function' (Sales Enablement & Demand Generation) with 40 people and reporting to the CEO. I was fortunate to grow fast with the help of mentors, coaches, and sponsors - who, most often, I sought after and learnt from, though without a very deliberate intention and strategy. In this journey I increased my salary by more than 26X in a span of 14 years. I read 500+ books across a wide variety of topics. To be clear, I did go to good schools in India but not 'Ivy League' schools.

I started reflecting that quite a large majority of employees, especially knowledge workers,  lack the excitement, the energy, the interest at workplace. Some people resign to 'coasting along' while some blame it on the politics. Though we always see some people growing fast, we can't decipher the code of their success.

But, there is a learnable system to ensure that you are in control and can effectively steer and navigate your career. I have tested this in my career and with at least 25-30 other individuals. And it worked 100%. Coming soon :-)
