•	Resolved problems which resulted in proper sampling of sales and purchases required to perform cut off procedures.
•	Undertook year-end balance confirmation of the debtors and bank balances as per the required standards on auditing.
•	Single handedly conducted the statutory audit of a subsidiary of an unlisted entity having turnover of Rs > 1 crore.

•	Reviewed available data and compared against tax code to determine exemptions, deductions, and potential liabilities. Conducted Tax Audit and preparation of Tax Audit Report in Form 3CA & 3CD.
